Standard turnaround is approximately 3 weeks from receipt of the garment.
Priority turnaround services are subject to availability and workshop capacity.
Quotes are provided based on the information and photographs submitted and may be adjusted following inspection of the garment upon arrival. Any changes to the quoted price will be communicated within 1 working day of receipt of the garment, and no additional work will be carried out without customer approval.
Customers are responsible for the cost of sending garments to Alteracetions.
Return postage will be added to the final invoice where applicable.
Garments must arrive in a clean and hygienic condition suitable for handling and alteration.
Alteracetions reserves the right to refuse work on garments deemed excessively dirty, unhygienic, or contaminated.
Any garment requiring cleaning before work can commence will incur a cleaning and handling charge from £10 per item.
Additional cleaning requirements may affect the estimated turnaround time.
Alteracetions is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transit to the workshop.
